Ms. Caroline is a distinguished entrepreneur, technopreneur, and social-justice advocate. She is the CEO of Damglow Enterprises, a pioneer in handmade, zero-chemical herbal products, and a Business Partner of the US-based brand HerbzGlow. She is also a key force behind Techmania, a startup in collaboration with Dubai-based Yamyco, providing IT and digital marketing solutions. With a BCA from Bangalore University, along with Microsoft professional certifications, Caroline began her career as a Software Engineer at Etisalat, Dubai. She holds certifications in herbal product manufacturing and import–export management, reflecting her expertise across technology, manufacturing, and global business. Beyond business, she is actively involved in social justice initiatives, supporting minority communities in Karnataka to access government schemes and financial aid. Her achievements include awards for Best Franchise (Aptech) and Best Herbal Products (Damglow). She also hosts the YouTube channel “BTC Business Talk with Caroline”, mentoring and inspiring aspiring entrepreneurs.
