Ms. Caroline is a distinguished entrepreneur, technopreneur, and social-justice advocate. She is the CEO of Damglow Enterprises, a pioneer in handmade, zero-chemical herbal products, and a Business Partner of the US-based brand HerbzGlow. She is also a key force behind Techmania, a startup in collaboration with Dubai-based Yamyco, providing IT and digital marketing solutions. With a BCA from Bangalore University, along with Microsoft professional certifications, Caroline began her career as a Software Engineer at Etisalat, Dubai. She holds certifications in herbal product manufacturing and import–export management, reflecting her expertise across technology, manufacturing, and global business. Beyond business, she is actively involved in social justice initiatives, supporting minority communities in Karnataka to access government schemes and financial aid. Her achievements include awards for Best Franchise (Aptech) and Best Herbal Products (Damglow). She also hosts the YouTube channel “BTC Business Talk with Caroline”, mentoring and inspiring aspiring entrepreneurs. With her multifaceted experience and commitment to ethical growth, Ms. Caroline is an inspiring leader and an ideal Chief Guest, whose presence will motivate students toward innovation, responsibility, and lifelong learning.

Dr. Bharathi Pandi, Ph.D. is a seasoned medicinal chemist and biotech entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in drug discovery, natural product chemistry, and translational research. His expertise bridges traditional botanical knowledge with modern pharmaceutical science, enabling the development of safe, effective, and scientifically validated herbal healthcare and beauty products for today’s global wellness market. As Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of HerbzGlow, Dr. Pandi leads product innovation rooted in ethnobotany, Ayurveda, Siddha principles, and modern pharmacology. He is also the Founder and President of NC STEM Academy, where he promotes science education and hands-on research. Through collaborations with academic institutions and global partners, he continues to advance herbal research and elevate natural products into evidence-based, life-enhancing solutions.
